I'm noticing a rare provider or two demanding a photocopy of my drivers license, LinkedIn profile, work E-mail, etc. to verify my real identity. I decline every time for obvious reasons. I support provider safety and want these beautiful women to feel (somewhat) safe in this line of work. Is there a compromise I haven't thought of?
Isn't this what P411 is for, they require all that info plus more to verify, if P411 isn't good enough for anyone then I move on. Unless you don't have P411 then I can understand why some ladies would ask, but in the end you just have to do whatever your comfortable with.

I've had providers no show me as well. If you have a problem with a client making an appointment and no showing, then report it. If it is habitual and enough people report it then they will be dealt with accordingly. For dangerous clients, I'm sure you know that they should be reported. Gina doesn't play the bs, and their account will be suspended.
I have a hard time understanding why I should give up personal information that can compromise me but a provider won't do the same. When we both can agree to start exchanging driver's licenses and real phone numbers and real work info then I'm all in.
Exactly. That's why I signed up on p411. And I gladly answer additional questions that she may have for me.

However, once you are verified by P411, you can search their data base for providers who are newbie friendly. These ladies generally require less stringent information. Once you start accumulating OK's, your life becomes easier.

P411 mitigates risk. Instead of handing out your personal information n-number of times to n-number of providers you provide it once and only to one entity.
There are several ladies that don't do strict screening. You can always see one of them.
I require all of my clients to give me their real life info. Full Name, work info, linkedin profile, just like you mentioned. My clients have no problem providing me with their info as it's required to see me. Even those on P411 are required to still send me their full name and or ID.
Wish we could put our heads together & compromise. Wish we had a black/white statistical analysis of clients who do provide this sensitive info vs those who don't.
I will say I've had ZERO issues booking with providers without giving this sensitive info, only been asked a couple times...
The ladies are more than welcome to contact any or even all of the women who have okayed me before even answering my inquiry, actually I even suggest they do what ever they need to do before getting back to me. I will even go along with providing ID upon arrival, although this only happens to me between 1 and 2% of the time. I am fine with a lady "feeling comfortable" before seeing me.
What I will NOT do is fill out an "application to see her" or IOW "Beg to pay for pussy" Like you I have had ZERO issues doing it this way and a handful of vocal hookers claiming otherwise is not going to make me "jump through hoops" If she expects me to both pay and "work" for an appointment I don't get mad, usually I have completely forgotten about it, and her within the next five minutes.
Ironically, most of the women with the strictest screening are the women I already had the least desire to see in the first place. I can't remember EVER seeing a woman's ads and thinking to myself "If her screening wasn't so tough, I'd go see her" The only time I have ever "jumped through hoops" was to get initially screened on P 411 and a couple of K-girl agencies made me jump through a couple of hoops way back when, but that in order to see dozens of different girl, not for a single session. Spending an hour, or even 20 minutes of MY valuable time in order to book a single session just seems like an incredibly BAD use of my time. There's no compromise to be had. Like you, I've had zero issues booking based on 70+ OKs. About 2 in the last 100 appointment requests I've made via P411 have asked for ID, D.O.B. or other intrusive "screening." Like GaG, I just walk away from such requests, after I stop laughing.
Don't allow a small, vocal minority of providers gaslight or otherwise shame you into providing anything you are uncomfortable providing.
The compromise is: if you want to see her, supply all the required screening information.
You have a free choice to either do so, and have a shot at seeing her; or choose not to, and move on.

But always keep in mind: it's the provider's body--and life--and thus her (screening) rules. If you don't like how a provider does screening, you're free to find someone who has screening you're comfortable with.

Inasmuch as it's her body and her rules, it's also your money and your rules. If you are not comfortable with her screening requirements, you might wanna tell her what you would be comfortable with. If she's OK with that, peachy. If not, move on. There's always plenty of fish unless you are stuck in fly-over-country.
I've provided my real name to one lady which I knew was required prior to contacting her. She even asked to see my ID at beginning of our first visit which wasn't an issue.
I provide the lady with enough reasonable information so that she feels safe to see me. As long her screening requirements are clearly stated on her website and I feel comfortable providing her with such info, I don't have a problem meeting them. I'll even answer a few noninvasive additional questions to ease her mind.
Now if she pulls a surprise and requests the information you have noted above during the screening process, I'll probably pass because I don't like to be ambushed which also makes me feel like it was a waste of my time.
If I am meeting a gentleman at his hotel or they are coming to my home, I do request a current face picture (mostly to confirm I do not know them) and their name. If a gentleman is not comfortable doing this, I will meet them in a public place first for coffee or drinks so we can chat first. If someone is very reluctant to give me ANY info, I let them know they are going to have to find a different provider.

My identity and verification that I am safe is in the number of Okays I have. Any provider can feel free to contact those who have given me an Okay. Photo copy of DL, LinkedIn, work email, etc is to ensure that you don't write a bad review. There's plenty of fish in this sea, and I've seen my fair share from Top 10s to porn stars, none of which asked for my life to be electronically transferred. I have compromised and shown my ID once inside the location.
Your p411 account number is composed from things that appear on your ID. It is p411 suggested policy for escorts to verify the client ID against the account number.
Now I suppose many escorts don't verify that way. But any guy who has a p411 account has implicitly agreed to that screening procedure. Of course he is free to complain about it, or refuse to see the gal. But if you show up and ID is requested and then you walk away -- you should pay her the cancellation fee, because you had implicitly agreed to the p411 terms if you booked her through p411.
If you aren't booking through p411 then all bets are off. For my safety I only book p411 (with rare exceptions) who have reviews (no exceptions so far.) In such cases I will give them my RL info if requested. I'd say roughly five or six escorts have chosen to find my real life ID. I'm married so theoretically they could try to extort me. But I am not worried about it.
I do have a suggestion for providers ... charge more for guys who are harder to verify. Give us "easy" clients a discount.
... I used for P411 when seeing a provider. But if I were asked to do that (and ladies, please let me know BEFORE I show up for our date if you're going to want to see that ID), I'd show her the ID with my photo, first name, and last 4 digits of the ID number visible, and other personal info covered. That way the provider can see I am indeed the person behind the P411 account, and I haven't revealed any additional PII about myself. I would hope that would meet her need to validate my identity and my need to keep my personal info private.
Two things
First, I recently observered two separate providers that I have met (they are friends) I used one as a reference for the other. Had retained emails for months. I know this because in my recent contact she responded to the old email... reason this is unnerving ... all my info is there...
Second, provider I know is also a feature dancer , someone clipped her phone at the club, "everything is on there" and she does not want to wipe it remotely because she refuses to give up on the 1000 selfies ...
So guess my point is I want to support providers in getting the info the need to be safe... but for Christ sakes take better care of my info
