To directly answer your question, it's tough to start. I never give my real name or contact info, and neither should you. While most girls in this biz are reputable, some are drugged out. Would you want to have some drugged out prostitute knowing your real name, address, where you work, phone number? What if the agency that demands that info gets busted?

You need a monger phone, another email address and that's it. You will need to contact girls who will see you and build referrals. Avoid agencies. Once you build referrals in this biz you're set.
