screening

I recently hired a female booking assistant to help with my calendar, booking trips, organizing my life! and of course to screen clients. (I have pretty much spent the last two years low volume/under the radar and ONLY saw regulars/referrals so I am relatively new to TER and seeing new people)

To both hobbyists and providers:

What is an appropriate way to screen for new clients for safety and quality?
Whether it be via email or phone, or through me or my booking assistant- which questions are appropriate and necessary to ask for safety reasons?
Is it vital to get their real first and last name or will TER ID handle and a provider reference suffice? and do I ask to see ID at the appointment?
some providers ask for addresses of residences and place of employment, is that a bit much?

Any suggestions and thoughts are appreciated, thanks!

Clearly many guys with selfish motivations will suggest screening techniques and rates that are not in YOUR best interests. I'm sure most of them would just LOVE IT if we all charged $150/hr and required nothing more from them than their TER handle and a pre-pay, burner, hobby phone number! Lol.

If your booker has experience then she should be able to guide you in these matters. If she DOESN'T have experience then please consider hiring someone else!  Also, you have enough reviews to request entry onto TER's Provider Only Board. Experienced ladies will be more comfortable providing you with screening advice on a private board.

are fairly secretive when it comes to sharing their screening methods in public.  I suggest you PM some of the more successful ones in your area for pointers on how to screen.

Amen. You need to PM or Email a provider with a history in this business...one who has done screening from all aspects so you can decide which way works best. I can tell you as a provider with no reviews, you're going to have a hell of a time getting a man to tell you his real name or where he works unless you tap into the 1k and above pool, and those guys rarely post on the boards. Join P411. Join verifyhim.com and start posting on your local board. Most providers are happy to help you, but be careful...many are also out to bust you if they feel you are a threat.

and like everything else under those categories your need to observe, practice and be disciplined about it. Everyone has different methods of doing it, rules etc.. so is not like a "cookie cutter" activity or a chart flow type of thing. If you really want to learn you can ask your booking assistant how she does it, and the info she requires and see if you feel comfortable with her screening methods. Additionally, there is other websites that provide certain info that is helpful in order to avoid bad situations, Verifyhim, danger zone, the national blacklist etc. Last, and most ladies would agree with this, always follow your instincts, even if the person checks out, if something tells you you should not see him, do not see him! PM me if you need more insights

.....pm either.  No offense to newbie ladies, but we all know that boards; private or public are no longer a safe way to share this kind of info.

I would suggest that OP, Google escort verification sites, blacklist sites, etc.

Hugs,
Kelly

I am more than happy to speak with someone who is having an issue, provided I feel she is not a cop. Then again, every type of screening protocol has been posted publicly on every board in the nation, so it's not as if we are some top secret society here. Guys know how they are screened.
