I've requested appointments from two providers so far but have received nothing in response..
For the first provider (well reviewed and newbie friendly), I requested an appointment via P411. I then noticed an ad she posted on another review board (which shall remain nameless) that looked almost like it was in response to my appt request but it said to call her. So I did and left a message but no response. I left another message a few days later and also no response.. I made sure not to mention anything sexual and I requested a specific date in the P411 request..
The second provider requested (per her website) a PM from P411 which sent requesting an appt. Her site also said a text message was the easiest way to contact her, sent one as well. Also got no response but this provider did look at my P411 profile, but no contact so far.
My question is given those contact attempts would it be better to look for another provider? What do you veterans do in this situation? It seems like they've had ample opportunity to respond and any further contact by me is beating a dead horse, but this view may be wrong..
I do have a Plan C if needed: a traveling porn star who will be in my city for two days at the end of this month and whose site says she loves first timers.. I may try to book with her regardless 
I do not use these services but I have one question. Do you have a secure hobby phone and secure email? Did you let these ladies know that your correspondance was secure & it was ok to leave a message? If you are NEW, say so. Offer additional screening information they might want to feel comfortable meeting you.
I hope you have done your homework by reading TERs self help section & be reading back on this board... until you can answer every question yourself. Knowing how the game is played helps smooth your way into this hobby.
If it has been a few days, I would try again, once. If still no response, then move on. Not saying to never consider them in the future but for now, move on.

Just google p411 scam and start reading. It's a scam and not a place to hook up with providers. There is not a SINGLE legitimate provider that operates through one of these adult or escort verification sites.
If ANY PERSON in this business suggests that you need to join ANY website related to this profession, just run away.
And you know this how? Many of us are members of P411 and Date-Check. I have set up many dates on both successfully by using their internal PM service. I have also used them as my primary verification with other dates. Both are loaded with legitimate providers who are reviewed on TER and elsewhere. I would be amazed if anybody agreed with you on this. Please don't confuse newbies on this site with this crap.
All you are is a handle with no history and no credibility. We have no proof you've ever even been with a provider.

Now you think the service is a scam. I think you need to do a little more research before you spread lies about a good service. I have had excellent luck when scheduling through P411.
I do not know where you got your info but P411 is not a scam.I am listed on P411 I am legit.There are many reputable ladies on that site just like another reply said not just any lady can be a member.Why not answer the OP's question instead of making generalizations about P411?
To the OP when you called the lady in your message did you state that it was okay to return your call?Maybe she did not know if it was okay to return your call.If a lady looked up your P411 profile and you still have not heard from her and some time has passed contact someone else.
If you have no okays on P411 she still should have gotten back to you to ask for additional info if being a P411 member was not sufficient.Just keep looking I am sure you can find a lady in your area on P411 that will truly see newbies.Don't listen to this johnpet person P411 makes it easy for ladies as well as gents and is a great site to find providers.

Not a single legit prvider on P411? I have 240+ TER reviews and I am on P411.
What are you talking about? I have had nothing but positive experiences with P411.
I'm pretty legit with reviews to prove it! I love P411! I will always see gentleman from P411 and answer their messages and request first. You're missing out if you're not on P411. There are great providers on that site and they verify that we are REAL WELL REVIEWED PROVIDERS. So, I can only imagine where you got your inaccurate information from.
Ido not know why you posted your opinion, but I want to ask you very directly: are you (or have you been) a P411 member? I just saw a young lady this afternoon from P411 and as with every single lady I have met from there (over 20) it was easy and painless to get screened and meet her. I cannot tell you there are no flakes on P411--I have found a couple--but that is a far cry from the site being a scam.
I doubt you will find folks telling a new guy the HAVE to join P411, DC, etc., but it is easy to find a lot of men with a lot of reviews who have very positive things to say about them.
Please think twice before giving out bad advice to new people here, or explain why you feel as you do.

Every single lady on P411 is a legit provider.
BTW people suggest others to join P411 because its a subsitute for disclosing your personal information, such as your work info.
I'm a provider and I'm on p411...I've met quite a few men from there. I can think of many reasons ladies will not contact you on there..
Don't know where you got your info, but P411 is NOT a scam... in fact, NOT every lady who wants to join, can... there are rules & specifications before you can become a provider member. I've been a member for about 2yrs now, & book a large amount of appointments through them, with nary a problem.
To the OP, I'm guessing you don't have any OKs on your P411 profile, and the ladies you contacted weren't "newbie" friendly... look for the ones on their that have "newbie friendly" checked on their profile.
To John, I googled the p411 scam just for kicks and I found a bunch of BS posts of what appears to be a disgruntled former member or someone who couldn't get approved...
To Nahtynikkey, you're right about no okays, but they're both listed as newbie friendly in P411; I made sure I was reaching out to newbie friendly provider first..
To shudaknownbetter.. I've read the self-help guide but didn't see this in particular addressed, unless I lost it in the details.. I mentioned I was a newbie. I did ask if a longer session (90 min or so) since there may be some nerves - not sure if a good idea to phrase like this. I also have a separate hobby phone and email, but probably could do a better job letting them know availability..
Ok first did you use p411's message them feature or use the request an appointment. As a newbie I would say you may get better response actually requesting an appointment. Secondly P411 generates an email to the provider with your info if its a request for an appointment. On that is the email address you have on your profile, now some ladies will respond to this address and some ladies will go into P411 and respond with a p411 message. Did you check both for replies? I know of one provider who thought the client had changed his mind because he never saw her reply on p411. Lastly some ladies don't log on to p411 everyday when they are busy and so it could take a day or so for a reply. Again if you just messaged her she has to log on to see this, If you sent a request for appointment they get an email with all the pertinent info to start with. Don't be afraid to pick a date and time for an appointment most ladies will still get back to you for alternate times if they are busy, but for best results you should be trying for a date at least two days in the future, if you email saying your free that evening and she doesn't see that until the next day she may not bother to reply. Also if using p411 I would use only that and not use other methods described on the ad as it may confuse the issue. Hope this helps and when you do see one of the ladies be sure to request an OK ASAP so you and she don't forget . With ok's it gets easier.

When I first set up a p411 account and contacted some providers I got responses from over half. Some where not available when I was so I moved to the next in my list. After about a month I finally found a newbie friendly provider who's schedule messed with mine (as long as I was there before the football game started). Two weeks later I found a second. I think I was 0 for 4 before I got my first reply
curt23- The first provider I sent a P411 appt request requesting a specific date but the second one requested (per her website) a PM through P411 so I did that and then texted her also per her site.
Wimark- Ok looks like others get similar results as me so may not be me only..
One thing I'd like to add that I forgot in my original post, I'm NOT blaming either provider at all, I know things happen at times so maybe life got in the way.. 
If you live in an area with a surplus of providers on your to do list, you can afford to move on quickly. If you aren't that fortunate, you'll keep trying a bit longer. However, it sounds like you've already reached that point for now with these two, especially the one who looked at your profile but didn't reply.
There's no telling what could explain their lack of response, but no okays on P411 is a likely reason, even though one called herself newbie friendly. If I were you, I'd wait until you have one or two okays or a reference before requesting an appointment with them again. In the meantime, keep looking for newbie friendly girls. It can take a while to get started, but joining P411 should pay off for you.
Whether or not you have references, some ladies do not reply and one may never know why. Sometimes they are busy, the message is left for a day or two, and they forget. Other times, there is something about you they do not like, or they are on vacation. You may never know.
If it is because of your lack of references, you may want to approach that directly, say you are a newbie and offer to work through that with them. Maybe they will ask for something you are not willing to share (too much personal information), in which case you say no thanks. But maybe they talk to you on the phone, get a feeling for you, and suddenly it is not a problem. So that offer can be a way to open the door. Just remember to be painfully sincere and open, sort of a pitiful aw shucks guy, as the ladies like that and it is not how LE plays. Make her want to help you.
And I have scheduled or been screened for at least half of my dates through P411, have buckets of okays. If it is a scam, I am one happy sucker (well, I am one happy sucker, in any case).

I find it a great tool for screening. Not a scam.
I 100% support P411. I trust the site and believe it's a good way to meet high quality providers. My suggestion is to always try to book ahead, get to know the girl through emails, be a gentleman. Sometimes, even I am too busy to respond to emails because I do not see many sailors. My advice is to keep trying to see who you'd like too, read their reviews well, and as always it never hurts to ask for a last minute appointment.
