I am often online on TER messenger and most of the time it doesnt work.
I can see the windows popping up when people want to chat but they stay blank and I can't see the conversation.
What am I doing wrong?

trying going to ter through the yahoo web browser..i know it works for me...
just go to yahoo webbrowser and type in ter and then be on your way..

As Bridgette posted, it's likely your web browser.  (Yahoo is a search engine, though, not a browser.)

I run Firefox for my regular stuff, but find that using Internet Explorer for TER has solved the problem with the messenger.  I've also heard others use Google Chrome, though I have my own reservations about that.

Also, try clearing your cookies and web browsing history, as well as making sure your pc is defragging on a regular basis.
