Someone wrote this on the newbie board and it applies to this question:  It's pretty much a given, any woman who really needs the guidance she could get from the PO board doesn't have a prayer of getting access.  It's just like the bank, If you want a loan the first thing you need to do is PROVE that you don't need it.

With that in mind, given the very thoughtful nature of many people on this site, I thought I could count on someone to kindly help me out in a most memorable way by contacting me directly with information on screening - particularly in regards to blacklists for Toronto, Canada and the US.
