Can someone let me know how safe iMessage is from the standpoint of a SO finding any proof?  I would like to use iMessage to chat with a provider friend without SO finding out.  We both have iPhones.  From what I understand it doesn't show up as a text.  I assume it is safer than email, text, or phone call but would like to know how safe it really is assuming it is deleted right after reading and sending.  Is it saved anywhere or need to be cleared out or is deleting after sending and receiving all that is needed?
