used by providers in the midwest for screening. Most providers on the east coast, (and especially NYC), are ignorant of the service. If you hobby in Chicago, St. Louis, K.C., Milwaukee etc. I'd say sign up immediately. They are confidential, and the service will save you many headaches. I've been a member for 3 years.

I am also new to the hobby and just recently registred with RS2K.  They were very discreet and easy to work with. No complaints or problems from my end.

As an alternative, you may also want to consider Preferred411. Also very discreet and positive to work with. Note though, P411 does require an annual fee.  For what it's worth, the girls at P411 customer service have really sexes voices on the phone!

Most of these services are better in some parts of the country than others.  I'd suggest looking at the sites of several providers in your area before plunking down the cash on a service that ladies in your area may have never heard of.

RS2K is the best.  The verification is a little nerve-racking but quick.  One caveat: they do call you at work, through the main switchboard.  However, the woman working in RS2K sounds like a middle-aged librarian, which is a good thing: the receptionist at your work will not suspect anything.
