with multiple partners,

Why dont we ever hear about it?

There are many hobbyists on here with 30, 60, 100+ reviews (one with more than 1000.lol!) If it was that dangerous we surely would have heard something???.Are they just hiding it because they're hooked and can't quit or are these guys just that lucky???

If I knew i had contracted something I know I'd quit immediately!

They'd just treat the STD and keep playing.

Are you talking about something they can't treat? I'd hope most people would quit, but you never know!
It's best to protect yourself, b/c you can't trust what others will do.

that certainly decreases the exposure factor. Most will not use them for oral sex, but we all know how hard it is to catch certain things by that method of transmission, which is why the stats are actually lower for hobby sex vs. civie sex. I don't know about anyone else, but I never used condoms with a boyfriend in all my life. Granted, I have not had a BF since 2007 lol, but you get the point.

When you are dealing with a business where 80 percent of the men are married, you have to take extra precautions to keep them safe, as do they. If some guy insists on a bbbj and catches something, I am afraid he has no one to blame but himself. The provider he demanded do that service or he would bash her in a review, may not have known she even had anything. Then, we get the "That bitch gave me herpes" thread and he wants to be angry with her. Sorry big boy, but you knew the risks (though small) and decided to do it anyway.

Any kind.

Both provider and hobbyist should know.

I'm sure some hobbyists would STILL take the risk if they knew. A provider otoh would be pissed and you'd be,blacklisted

Vaginal and anal transmission are the highest of all methods, which is why so many insist on a bbbj, but won't go bbfs. It is a fact that every medical website, including the CDC will confirm. Oral sex is not nearly as risky as bbfs. Other than herpes which would be obvious if someone had a big cold sore, you are not catching much from kissing. If a person is that worried, no rule that says you must kiss. For that matter, no rule saying anyone HAS TO pay prostitutes.

Lucky to say the least.  I am proud to be safe & lower my risks.

if that's your starting point(condoms for sex only is enough) were all in trouble.

the point is -if you believe the warning that multiple partners increases your risk_ hobbyists have STD's and hide it because my original question was why dont we hear about it more. It has to happen more often just by the numbers.

one needed to do to protect themselves, but was illustrating how hobby sex is safer than most civie sex, in many instances. Most people in the hobby use condoms for sex faithfully, vs. the ones who don't use them AT ALL in the civie world. Sorry, I can't make it any clearer for you, and don't know exactly WHAT you are looking for here. No shit the numbers are higher than we think...duh. 1 in 4 PEOPLE have HERPES! 99 percent of the population has some form of HPV. Is that what you were looking for? Statistics? Well, it's on the CDC website just like every other possible disease statistic.

I know my risks, and you should know yours. End of story. Anything beyond that is naive and pure speculation. No one has to see providers if they feel the risk is too high. IF they CHOOSE to see providers they can also CHOOSE to do EVERYTHING COVERED, or don't be so shocked when they catch something. Better?

Of course we don't hear about it, because not many people are going to admit it. It's a crap shoot every time you put your RAW DOG in a provider's mouth, just like it's a risk for us. We know the risks, and take care of ourselves. There is a provider with full blown AIDS who is still working in the Baton Rouge area. She charges 100 bucks an hour, is a heroin addict, and both the cops and the health dept. are looking for her. Yes, it's pathetic, but be warned that she is probably not the only one. If you go to post an alert, your post is pulled and you are labeled as a shit starter, even when you have the proof.

a few...I've had two escorts confide in me about their (non-treatable) STD status, but they're not going to post that info on their sites, so if a guy doesn't want herpes, hpv and anything else, he better equip himself w/ a condom. Likewise, a lady better strap her clients up too unless she's willing to accept a new friend named STD.

yes, disclosure is preferable, but there's no guarantee either a provider or hobbyist will share their true status.

no one is putting words in your mouth.

" Sorry, I can't make it any clearer for you, and don't know exactly WHAT you are looking for here. No shit the numbers are higher than we think."

The question was clear. I dont need you to explain anything.

A provider with AIDS? yes it is pathetic.

btw, I'm not sure you know this but, this forum isn't a contest.

Unfortunately, there are many unethical people in this hobby.

I hope these same ladies at least dont bitch and moan to you about a client that didnt shower before their appointment.

You are wanting a confirmation that the numbers are higher than reported, and we can't give you a clear cut statistic. All I can say is "yes, of course many people with a disease don't say a thing, and are still in the business...on both sides." WHY they do that, we will never know, but I would guess it's because they are now angry and want to infect everyone else.
