I dont have time to give all the details at the moment...off to a civee job interview!! I had an appt yesterday in my home(dumb) Did not screen well enough (dumber) and did not get my envelope first(dumbest). I had seen this person once before with NO problems and let down my guard...NEVER AGAIN. Im sure there will be a plethora of advice, and trust me i will take it all to heart. Even though i read all about the scammers, misogynist, and generally bad shit...i thought it wouldnt happen to me. Well it can and it did. Thankfully i am safe. So i guess i wanted to be one of the providers who says SCREEN and Screen again. And if anyone balks or gives you hard time...there is a reason for it.

Bella, it sounds like you did a dumb thing and got bit.  You know that, so there's no point in my belaboring the point.

Question though...are you sure that he intended to skip out, or is it possible that he just forgot?  I see several ladies that don't collect from me up front, and on many occasions either of us has almost left without completing the deal.  I'm not saying that it's the case here, but your details are sketchy.

I was on my way to the parking lot when I noticed a bulge in my suit coat, the envelope was still there.  I called her and she was already in her car driving off, but thanked me and I met her a block from there to set things right.  She had forgotten too!

I tell you talk about embarrassement!

They are the ones who see people at their homes and also don't raise the issue of the envelope first things, etc.

It's a shame but that's the way the world is.

At least you are physically safe and didn't face violence.  There's a heartbreaking tale given on the GC Board right now where things were not that way.

I hope you have some personal information on this guy to share with the gals on the Providers Only Board and/or with organizations like Dangerzone411.

I'm just glad you are safe.

Consider the lost money tuition to the school of hard knocks.

I once started leaving a lady and neither she nor I noticed I forgot to leave the envelope. I would have been very embarrassed if I had forgotten it.

Since then it's been a fun topic to ask some other ladies and it does happen. Most of the time the guy realizes it and gets back in touch and makes everything all good....but just saying make sure he is aware.

If he did it on purpose shame on him and I am sorry it happened to you!

I am sorry this happened to you.  The guy is an embarasment to males everywhere.
My ATF is old school & I leave the donation on the dresser as we dress.  It is much nicer & does aid with the illusion.  I never made it to the door but once I was mostly dressed & realized I'd not placed it yet.  I'd have driven back, if I had...  I consider it a contract we each fulfill.
I always go in with the correct donation in the pocket with my car keys...  reach for the keys & find the envolupe.  Kind of fail safe.
Unfortunately, some are not trustworthy & will get away with it if they can.  Totally a shame.

Oh belle I am so sorry that happened to you....did you call him?  It has happened to me and when I called him he came right back with the envelope.

Thank you everyone for being supportive. It was really was my fault for being too trusting. Im am definitly getting a steel backbone!! Ill be back later to answer all the PM's and explain what happened, but believe me, it wasnt just forgotten, there was a single and a pile of blank paper...very premeditated.Lesson learned, thanks again everyone, special thanks to a special friend whom i saw later that day...kissed my boo-boos and made it all better ;) Be careful everyone, scumbags abound.
