can someone tell me what a 2-call system is and explain, thanks. im new.

You first call a provider or agency to set up a meeting and a time, then they call you back on the day of, after verifying you, to give you the meeting location information.

It can also mean that after you set up the date on the first call, and get directions to the incall, you have to call a second time when you arrive to get a room/apt #.  That's more common than getting a callback with that info.
