How do you walk away from 'misrepresentation'? What to say?
What if its an outcall?
do you simply ask her to leave? what if she doesnt leave and demanded the money?

Judging from many reviews, alot of guys take one for the team, pay up, and rip her in the reviews. I took one for the team and said never again. The second time it happened, it was an outcall and I was very straightforward about my disappointment. She demanded a show-up fee; I refused and called another provider while she sat there. I thought I was in for a showdown but she left before the second one got to my house.

If they smell blood, they go for the kill.

There is nothing she can do, maybe she can go to the IRS and complain. HA Ha.

Tell her pimp that's waiting outside in the car and he'll come up and cause a scene so that the manager or neighbors can hear because he's an idiot and wants his agency fee. Then the manager or neighbor will call LE, and LE will show up and ask the providers what the dispute is over and so on and so on until it is published in the local paper the next day. "Local pimp busted at the 600 block of so and so street because he didn't get paid" "We couldn't remember the hotel room #, so we just starting knocking on all the doors. Our pimp is in the bright flashy car in the parking lot over there and we got screwed."
ROFLMAO when I read this a couple of months ago locally because I use to work for this idiot.

But seriously now, 99% of the providers that work for the agency will eat the agency fee if they don't get that from the client. That's where misrepresentation between the agency, provider and client come in. That's why I work indepently now. I'm not in business to rip people off.
