What is the protocol for taking viagra before a session?  I would like my first experience to be 2-3 hours with multiple pops and want to make sure I am up to the task.  Thanks.

If you are not getting through your doctor, remember that it is a vasodilator (helps blood flow).  This means if you have high blood pressure or if you are on any kind of heart medication DO NOT take it.  Otherwise, take an hour before sex and it lasts about 4 hours.

Viagra was originally developed to LOWER blood pressure. It is not clear that it always does this, but the main danger of drug combination is with NITROGLYCERIN (which has a similar biological action). Then it CAN significantly lower BP. Do a GOOGLE search and you will get plenty of information. Taken on an empty stomach, its blood levels peak at about 1 hour and taper off afterwards. I find it still has some beneficial effects days later. Also, try 25 mg to start with. Maximum size tablet is 100 mg, but you can cut these with a pill chopper (available at any pharmacy).
