But first you should check the status of your reviews. They could be awaiting approval or they could have been rejected, in which case, you may have to resubmit them.
Click on the account manager selection at the very top of this page. From there you can check your review status and also your account status. Once you are a VIP, the accoutn status will tell you how many days you have left in the VIP days bank.
