Reviews Question

New here and still working through the acceptance process -- looking forward to my first meeting with a provider.

I want to preface my questions with some positives since my question might come across wrong to some people. First, in reading though a few articles on the boards here I've found great information, suggestions and encouragement. It also seems that I'm getting feedback both from providers and hobbyist -- for some odd reason I assumed the boards would be segregated. Am I right about this -- both sides are here help one another out? If so I find that fantastic.

Here's my question. In some cases I read a review, or even multiple reviews, where the writing style appears to be from the same person. I know that some people will try to game every system and don't think TER could prevent some from doing so. Should I be concerned with such review and simply steer away unless I'm feeling particularly interested and adventurous?

That it is possible that many guys use other reviews as a has template or starting point to write their reviews. Not everyone is a skilled writer so why not get some ideas from other reviews as to how to write it.

That said I would suggest you look to see if the provider you are interested in had reviews from any well known reviewer/hobbyist and by that I mean someone who has written many reviews and/or has been vocal on the local forum for a while.

Not sure if your concern is over the validity of the provider or just the reviews but in the case of the provider as everyone here will tell you research, research, research. I always ask guys who contact me to google my number to get all of info and use tineye.

Good Lucy in your search !!

Thanks -- good advice

Concerns not so much about validity, though partially, or attempts at self-promotion to increase interest. I assume both will occur. In part wondering about the extent to which I should expect to events -- and to some extent should I really care (I'm thinking: yes if I'm heading into a scam, maybe not if it's a case of "not the girl in the picture" but not too different)

The answer is yes.  Some are.  It's always better to look for multiple reviews on a lady that you are interested in seeing.
