If the Profiles really are outdated and inaccurate, this seems to defeat the whole point of the website to make it easy for you to find a provider that matches your criteria.  It has always been a mystery to me how they take all the different reviews and make one consolidated profile.  If it only reflects what the first reviewer submitted, that's pretty bad.

The consolidated profile is helpful, but I wish they would also just post the entire review submission including what each person filled out for the profile data, especially what each person paid.  Other websites do this (though they don't have the quantity of reviews that TER does).  What is the point of people filling out all those forms if the information doesn't find its way onto the website? (whether it's in a review or in the main profile).
