The reviews on SP's (even nonVIP description) from the veterans here are very informative. Will definitely help me correctly choose my first SP.

Can LE use these reviews as evidence against you or an SP?

I do believe that LE pretty much must catch you in the act, making the transaction or negotiating money for service(s). Online reviews, even if somehow traced back to you, that are submitted in court as evidence would be considered hearsay.
 
I'm prepared to be fully wrong about this, if someone can prove otherwise.
