OK. Help out a beginner hobbyist. I found a girl but she only has one review. The reviewer has a number of reviews all the way back to 2005. What are the chances that this chick is not legit? Should I wait for a while?

If the lone reviewer has recent reviews, contact him. He should give you some info.

Her review was in June. I sent a email to her in the beginning of June which she stated she was new, that she was legit, etc. But have not call yet. Was going to wait for a bit to see if she received another. That might take a while.

That is sometimes a sign of legitimacy as some escorts won't exchange banners unless they know something about the other escort.

She's probably legit, since the single reviewer has a long review history.  Still it is safer to wait until she has more reviews.
I mark such my bucket list "hold pending more reviews".  And I'm usually rewarded.
