Newbie - FAQ

Reviewed, Retired & Returned...still not a VIP PROVIDER.

I have been trying to get the wonderful people here at TER to link and/or switch my OLD account with this current one. I have a old user name purendn that I NO longer have any access too. TER has the incorrect & wrong email listed in my ad.
Since 2012, I have been gone for a few years, but now with my return its been a great time here reuniting with some of the best & most exciting people.
I am not sure how to inform those who are patiently waiting for me to put them on the Whitelist and they may worry that I am not a woman of my word.
when I click on my account manager its shows me my information from 4 years ago. I do not have access to the email since I have not used that account they closed it.
If anyone else has any other ways to assist me in getting my Membership to VIP since I have 4 new current reviews within the last month from some well known gents with plenty of reviews they posted.
Not sure how this will work, and since I registered a new member name with and TER approved my new website, BUT yet I am with #112062 BUT cannot access my account due to the contact/registration information isn't available to me any longer.
I appreciate and have read the rules of the boards, but frustrations getting to the point that I am not sure how else I can VERIFY AND CONFIRM that its ME..THE MISS RAYCHEL, PURENDN, MSRAYCHEL that everyone knows me by.
Other places had 4 simple steps to confirm it was actually me requesting my disabled (not deleted) accounts all be reinstated. Photo ID/Drivers License, with Paper including my website, the days date, my email, stage name etc. after they verified & confirmed.
Wondering if this is something that TER would or have done in the past.
I am doing what I can to ensure my gentlemen get their proper references as requested.
Any other input besides sending/replying with a link the the RULES to how and what can and cannot be posted.  
Thank you community for reading this and any and all input/advice will be greatly appreciated

it will get there. ter is always great, fair & consistent. so I am going to take time sit and possibly find a retrieval account that may have been linked to that email that is listed under my name 112602, the gents there have known me for quite some time, along with a couple other well known ladies.
Because after 4 years away I was never able to remember passwords. And for that i have to always click on "Forgot Password"...mine should say "Forgot your Password again Raychel?"

Is that posted on your old profile or is there a new profile?
If it's a new profile, just ask TER to link the reviews to your new username, then you will have Limited Provider VIP and can whitelist people.  
You can then work on merging the old profile with the new one. Once you can prove they are both you, TER will merge the profiles and the name at the top will be "new name/old name" and the old reviews and new reviews will be combined. The old profile number will be used and the new one will be delisted. All of your new contact info should be on the combined profile. TER wants to do this since they don't want providers to have multiple profiles.
