...you posted this. You don't have to be a paying member to write & submit a review. It takes a while for it to be posted. If TER rejects it they will tell you why when you click on "My Reviews" then look to the far right under status and see why it was rejected. Then fix it and resubmit. If you are new and the lady you reviewed is new TER may wait to see if she gets another review to make sure you are both legit. Contact TER admin and communicate with them if you have more questions.
... (didn't really know) but there is a thread on this board where a newbie with one review asked about VIP and reviews. He submitted another that was at least six months later (If I'm remembering correctly, maybe longer) and once it was approved he was granted the 30 days. He came back and posted to tell us about it. It looks like they don't have to be within 30 days.
