Had a review unapproved--it said that to find the reason I should contact the support team, then "to send in a feedback click here" But there's noting active on which to click. How do I contact the reviews support team? I'll re-write it of course. Thanks.
go to "account manager" then "view my reviews". click on "review questions" in the column to the left of the review viewer and send a message asking what's up.
i had to do it once a while ago so might not remember correctly. hope it helps.
Go to "account manager". click on "my reviews". fairly well down on the menu to the left, the is a link "review questions". That is the only place I can find. I'd go into the review itself first & cut & paste the comment from the review. skb
