I don't think you can write a review.  However, you can post in the reviewers's forum and put up a mini review on your local board.  It kinda depends on what you think she might do if you go public.  My advice would be to post on the reviewers only forum.

You could post on your local board that you had a really bad experience and offer more info if they PM you.

Sorry to hear you had a bummer experience....It really sucks, we all know.....
