I'm sure there is something here with guidance on ratings and reviews, but I haven't found it. Suggestions appreciated.

The link is under the life preserver at the top of this page.  However, one man's 6 or 7 might be another's 9 or 10.  Reviews are subjective.  It's up to you how you rate someone.
