August 2012 and you got 6/9 for it, and I don't see anything disturbing per se in it.

Sometimes, when you click on review page you get error message. Just try clicking on it again and typically it goes away. If you repeatedly get error, close the browser and login again.

don't worry about one outlier.  You might have had a bad day or he might have had a bad day.
As many reviews as you have, I would not worry about it too much.
