Have you looked at the "my reviews" section of your Account Manager page?

It should say why it was rejected.

If you want more explanation, write to Administation at "contact us" and ask them for more details.

You stated that it was your first review, is there a possibility it was also the provider's first review? Sometimes when both the reviewer and the provider are new, administration will hold the first review until she or yourself have other reviews. Have you tried re-submitting it?
