Click on reviews, at the top of this screen, then "search reviews" thatn find the "provider contact info"
Enter your phone # and the city where you're located.  If you cannot locate your review, remember, sometimes TER will not accept  a first review of a lady by a client who has not written a review.  So if your client was a newb, it might not get posted. Your client can check the status of the review if you ask him.
