The risk is certainly no greater than getting a blow-job from anyone, lower in fact, since professional independent women know just how to protect themselves, you and keep the risk at a minimum. The risk to the lady is higher than the risk to you, so if you spend time with a self-respecting professional, you'll be fine.

Understand your response. My paranoia stems from the fact that I am married and don't want to pass on any unwanted diseases, but I guess if you want to play you must be willing to pay(take risks). I am curious as to why you would think the risk is negligable given that STD's can be transmitted through contact with bodily fluids. Statistically, a provider that is willing to come into contact with semen, you would think ultimately would pick up something. Again, I guess it comes down to how badly do I want it.

I've been getting professional BBBJ 4-7 times a month for 15 years and never had a problem.  If you want to DFK and don't already have some kind of herpes simplex virus hiding in remission somewhere in your system, you could pick that up, but it is really hard to catch unless the girl is showing symptoms.
