I have noticed both of those using Viagra, I tried it for the first time on a recent trip to Costa Rica. I'm in my mid forties, average libido, for about eight hours anything female would get me hard. Can anyone help me here.  In my se life with my SO, an with SP's, I last about two to three thrusts, and I toast.  Any suggestions? Techniques, Vitamins, what can I do to last longer, or am I destined to always blow my load quickly?

I have had the same problem for years.  Last lady I saw took her time with oral and I lasted for what seemed like hours.  Later with SO had same effect even she said "you lasted a long time".  Made me feel 18 again!!

No it's not a joke. You don't need to jerk off right before a session (although it would no doubt help you last longer if you did) but do it from time to time when you aren't getting any otherwise you'll bust nuts as soon as you see a pussy. It's great for staying power but terrible if you like giving facials.

I became out of shape for a while and develop a staying problem. I used desentizing creams like maintain to help with my problem. I was concerned about harming ladies so I would apply the stuff about 30 minutes before I expected the lady. I would take a good shower after allowing it to stay on for 10 to 15 minutes. The technique worked ok, but I have found that exercising to keep my weight down and strenthening the muscles of my lower stomach and back works much better.
