Exercising safety is a smart thing to do. I've learned that the HIV virus also travels in vaginal fluid. As such DATY can prove to be a risky act. Any comments?

Of course DATY is risky. HIV is actually one of the lesser risks in oral sex, along with HCV. The more common (which are still rare but should be known all the same) are the old fashioned STDs, Chlamydia, Gonnorhea, Syphylis, Herpes.

One thing to take into consideration is HIV and HCV need an inlet to your blood. So open wounds should be covered at all times and do not brush your teeth immediately before a DATY or BBBJ.

I'm no Dr. just a person that likes to know the risks.

Driving on the freeway and flying on an airplane are risky too, but that doesn't stop you.

You can't always go by looks, but just be as aware as you can of the clues and enjoy.

Hobbyists need to take heed to what their nose and eyes are saying.  Doing so could, but will not always, keep them away from contact with STDs.  When a provider smells bad it says to me that she does not pay close attention to hygiene during and after an act.  One with outbreaks over parts of her body probaly is someone who you want to simply leave the donation with but take a pass on.
