I'm wondering what you guys think about safety concerns when the girl gives, say, a bbbj... if she's doing it for you she's doing it for everyone else.  Should that/is that a cause for concern from an std standpoint?

IMHO there is enough about sex to enjoy without having to take extraordinary risks. Enjoy the variety available and look for aspects that are not present in a SO.  The right look, personality and natural scent can each make a big difference in a provider experience.
Ask yourself whether or not you care about putting a SO at risk and not just yourself.
