I'll get flamed for this but as a relative newbie I am not sure about how far into the "hobby" I can go. What I'd like is to be able to meet someone to spend a hour or two with just nude kissing, cuddling and talking. Maybe some hand play but definately no intercourse. My question is are there L.A. providers who will do this for something less than full rate? Is that what FBSM is?

Starved - you might be well served by a massage person.  Read reviews and then just ask.  Most providers will be open with you.

can be just about anything (massage wise)you want to a point ... as for something less than full rate .... just ask like you've done here ... and you may find a taker or two ... no reason to flame on .... every hobbiest is different ... just like every provider ...good luck .....

i think e-mailing providers who use this board may work out well but keep in mind that when someone new asks about "services" there is a certain need for discretion. especially on the phone.

personally, i would read the reviews and try to find GFE's who seem relaxed and friendly. generally, an AMP will do what you want but some of the girls may be a little tense with too much touching. they tend to just do the things they've been trained to do.
