At what point can one ask a provider for specific requests. For example, as I am only considering starting into this hobby at this point, I would only like a private dance with bj/bbbj.  Without offending the provider or sounding like LE or setting myself up to be popped, when can I ask for what I want? All my encounters would be outcall at hotels when I travel.

Of course you can still be busted, if she is a LE target being watched.  You've agreed to an illegal transaction.  However, chances are if you opened up your wallet and don't have handcuffs on you already, you can be assured that she isn't a cop and that you won't be spending the night in jail.  

A polite provider might ask you what you'd like, so in that case you wouldn't even have to ask.  It's appreciated that you don't speak crudely like some Joe Six-pack would.  Just be courteous and perhaps ask the provider what she's willing to do or what she offers.  But, after you've made a donation you can feel more at ease about asking more specific questions.  

If you do your research here on TER, as you should, you can be almost 100% certain (There are no absolutes in life) that a provider with many positive reviews isn't going to be part of a LE set up, especially in your hotel room.
