Many gals on CL specifically advertise BJ service. Others advertise 15 minute quickies(no big mystery here).

 A BJ (head) is often referred to as "French". Asking for an a-la-carte plate of their French cuisine/cooking should cause no "hang ups".
Note: Many CL advertisers are totally clueless to common hobbyist acronyms and metaphors (that is why they are on CL in the first place). If they are totally unaware of what you're talking about you must ad-lib from that point.

If you've never seen the lady, she would be quite foolish to answer such a question over the phone.  

You're asking her to provide sex for money, the textbook definition of prostitution.  If you are LE and she answers, you've got a slam-dunk case against her.

You're going to have to 'bite the bullet' and get a full session from a lady first.  At the end of the session, ask her about it.

This is no different than looking for providers with specific talents, looks, hair color etc... keep an eye on the boards and reviews.  In Chicago area, there are providers who have rates posted for quickie sessions, and even one comes to mind who specialized in oral only... just gotta look!
