How do you start this hobby when providers need references. I don't have any references!! This is my first time to try this. One provider told me in a email that "P 411" is not going to work if I didn't have any "provider" references.
I have been able to schedule a "meeting" without references by helping them to adequately verify who I am and that I am not LE. Furthermore, where I am, RS2K seems to carry some credibility and it was only a one time $50 fee.
Sure, some of the "best" require references with no exceptions,(and I can understand why), but there are plenty of other very nice providers who will see you while you build up a few reviews.
