Sensual massage could mean many different things to many different people.

If this is the only service advertised I would not necessarily expect any more than just that, a massage. This could be done topless, g-string, or nude with or without some body to body contact and genital to genital contact may or may not be included. This scenario might be typical of the AMP(Asian Massage Parlor)

Some ladies that advertise for massage services, may just be trying to avoid LE; but will actually offer more  services or "extras", possibly for an additional cost.

A GFE (Girl Friend Experience) lady may include a "sensual massage" simply as part of foreplay before full service activities.

hope this helps

In response to Mr.Man...Never, ever think that when one offers FULL body massage ONLY that they are really offering more!!  I offer this service and remain clothed and do not offer sex.  It is a professional massage with release.  End of story.  Some of us say what we mean and mean what we say and do not want to be confronted with issues of clients pawing and or making sexual suggestions.  At 150/90 min session...you should NOT expect more than a FULL body massage!

Why would one really offer "full service" if advertising "sensual massage?" That would be quite a stretch don't you think?!  There are those offering "escort services" which in most cases, anything goes...and then there are those offering massage services.  "Full body release" means (or should mean) a REAL therapeutic massage of the ENTIRE body...with release.  Let's not cheapify things by calling it a "HJ"  It's a massage of the enire body.  Plain and simple.  If a therapist (and she SHOULD be a REAL one!) decides to let you touch her...or take her top off...that is up to her and the comfort level thay you both share but it should NEVER be expected or somehow assumed that she will give you more than what she advertises.

Lookintoo:  Why would a "sensual massage" provider be offering any of the other things that you mentioned...especially "full service"  I believe that is what you would call an "escort" for.  Sensual Massage (when done effectively...by a trained therapist) should consist of an actual, REAL massage...something with therapeutic value in addition to release.  This is a FULL BODY RELEASE MASSAGE.  I have several clients that have told me they've had "escorts" give them a "sensual massage" and they did not enjoy it...they basically had oil lightly rubbed all over them and when it came to the "release"...there was no true creativity or "sensuality" about it!  Not all men want sleeze and sex.  Some gentlemen simply want to feel good,be pampered and feel a sense of COMPLETE relaxation.  If a therapist or provider feels comfortable removing clothing...then that is up to her and the comfort level that the two of you share but it is something that should NEVER be assumed will happen.  If one goes as far as to have sex with you then she is an escort, not a massage therapist for that session and should be paid accordingly.  Some choose to offer FBSM ONLY and nothing more and the price should be a good indication as to what she is offering.  Hope this helps to clarify some things for you :)
