I am new to TER and have only 3 reviews so far. Two of which are very good but one from someone I have not seen.  I have written TER but they were no help so far.  He states my pictures are "8 years old" however I am only 24 and my pictures are dated from this week (9-10-06 to be exact which is when my website was designed).  How can a review such as this be removed when it is clearly false.  The two gentlemen that have seen me recently both agree that this must be a false post yet the gentlemen that left it has numerous reviews. I am willing to meet anyone in person to prove the photos are VERY recent yet this has already led to several negative responses via emails.   Any help will be greatly appreciated.   Thanks in advance.

Amy, chances are the 'old pictures' review was of another provider which was mistakenly attached to your profile.  Send an email to [email protected] explaining the situation, and they will investigate.
