First, Board Moderators do not approve reviews. Second, if you use the information / data already on her current profile such as her name, website, E-mail, and phone number then your review will show up on her profile along with the other reviewers who previously reviewed her.
When writing a review of a provider who already has reviews, can you link your new review to her? Or, will a moderator add the review to her based on the name, number, or email that is provided? I don't want the reviews that I post to all say it is a new provider because I screwed up somewhere.

If you use the existing phone number, email address, and web site that are already on a provider's TER review profile, your review will be added to her existing profile by the TER support staff that reveiws/approves submitted reviews.
If, for some reason, a new TER profile is created as a result of your (or any) review submission, TER members can submit a problem report from either profile requesting to have them combined into a single profile that is linked to all of her reviews.
Discussion board moderators have nothing to do with either the TER review submission/approval or problem report submission/approval processes.
