You may have gotten the real thing.  The point is, how do you know?  Just because FedEx had to have you sign for it?  This means nothing.  I can dump 100 M&Ms in a bottle, and arrange this through FedEx.  They will do as I ask.

The only way to really know is to have it tested at a reliable lab.

Don't get me wrong, there are online pharmacies out there that aren't ripoffs, that's for sure.  However, you just don't know.  It's much better to get a real prescription for the medication from your physician, who is much more knowledgeable about your health (maybe even more so than you) and then take it to a local pharmacy to get it filled.

Hi - anybody know of a reliable source of generic Viagra on the net?

Any source of viagra on the internet can be a scam.  Are there reliable on-line pharmacies?  Sure.  Are they 100% scam free?  Who knows.

I would not take a chance with drugs designed to combat ED.  They can have serious consequences on your heart under certain circumstances, and if you don't suffer from ED they don't help much anyway.

I've bought Cialis from IntegraRx.

http://www.integrarx.com/

It came FedEx, requires an adult signature.  They will not accept a signature release from anyone other then the buyer.  Usually this results in you having to pick it up yourself from the local FedEx distribution center.

The Cialis I got was the real thing, it does ask you a series of medical questions (are you on any mediations, have you been treated, any allergies, etc).

Overall, I'm happy with their service.  It avoids the embaressement of talking to a doctor who may or may not agree to an ED treatment.  Prices are steep though (roughly $15 - $20 per 20mg Cialis pill), but in my opinion, well worth it.
