The problem with asking about a specific provider (on the correct regional board) is that many such have not even tried to use the search features or are wanting someone else to do the research for them. Some appear to be trying to avoid getting VIP for the little it costs. (VIP honestly costs way less than even one spoiled date.) You don't need contineous VIP, just when you are working on a bucket list... you could select several, enough to last a few months, before renewing VIP again. Now if you have VIP & can find a review, you can trying to PM the last couple of reviewers if you have questions. If you want to inquire, include a link to her review page. Do not ask or expect that reviewers will give information which might be asked by LE, a SO, a PI working for SO, or a stalker. Gentlemen are generally aware of things which might compromise a lady's security & will not do it. I WILL confirm the accuracy of items in my reviews & give a general area where she was a the time of my visit.
In general, it is recommended that Newbies patronize well reviewed providers. (Multiple reviews & at least some by experienced hobbiests.) The existance of reviews is NOT enough. Reviews can be good, bad or mixed. Even if I could shop for you, I select ladies through the filter of my own wants & desires which might be very different than your own.
Read up on the Self Help section (link at the top). Then read back on this board until you can answer every question yourself. (All this is FREE!) Then you should be ready to shop & need VIP.
Remember this is pay4play. You are not looking for a GF. Don't get hung up on one. If there's not enough information, it is wisest to take a pass & circle back later.
Not new to hobbying but new to TER. I have seen a lot of "has anyone seen 'Tina'" posts, rarely get a response. Is it appropriate to ask someone to post a mini if they have seen someone new? Is that only for traveling ladies?

Personally, I don't give recommendations to out-of-town guys I don't know. Sorry, but if I don't know you, I can't see giving you the name of a girl I have seen. I think a lot of guys feel the same way. I have to think of her safety.
I don't post mini-reviews either. If I have already reviewed her, read that. If she doesn't want a review, I respect her wishes. If you want to know more, PM me, and if you have a board presence, I might help you out. But if you are totally unknown to me, forget it. Got one like that the other day. I don't know him, so I can't help him out.
Mini reviews are a major pain. I have tried a couple of times to post a mini on a visiting gal and in both cases the post was removed for not fitting all of the criteria. OK, I guess I have to accept that but the strict regulation, IMHO, ruins one of the most effective uses of the regional boards. Oh well, it is what it is...
