How much can be discussed in an e-mail or phone call and still be discreet? What if you want something special, like an outfit or a fantasy fulfilled?

Is it ok to mention positions or styles?

Every lady is different, feel her out, ask her first what questions you can and can't ask ... She will be happy to tell you as long as she feels comfortable with you and that your questions are going somewhere which is going to make her money in the end.  I have asked all the questions that you have stated with the majority of the time getting excellent results.
