I only see usually 2 or 3 clients a week. I use priceline or other things to get my rooms cheaply. I also use a room one afternoon and then again the next morning when possible. Every girl is different.

I have read some reviews where there is a knock on the door before the first client is finished. And the provider goes to the door and tells the guy come back in ten minutes. I never want to be in that situation. That is why I always take the first appointment of the day, knowing that I am not following anyone or feel I am number 6 of list of 8 that day.
Several providers, like in the College Park area, use one of several motels where they can get a rate for just a few hours and is affordable to see just one client. But if they are staying in a 5-star hotel, that is a different story.
Or find someone that offers incall for an increased rate to cover the hotel expense for just your date. Point being, there is no risk to the gentleman in regards to a papertrail and an added convenience. That's not to say the lady of your choice has not seen someone else that day or that hour, you don't know for certain. However, there is a better chance she has not vs. typical incall. If you want exclusivity, you may pay a premium for it.

Well reviewed providers will have a reputation and you will know whether she schedules 8-12 clients...... again, based on the tone & content of the reviews.
In my home town, Atlanta... as well as the two Cities I visit (*DC and Philly*) traffic is very unpredictable. I do not encourage gentlemen to be extremely earlier or later than the scheduled time -But- I always allow for a buffer just in case of unexpected traffic delays.
I have reserved a room and entertained just one client that day. If it works with my schedule and covers my overhead then I don't consider it a big waste. (*that is just my thoughts..... others might differ*)
I'd encourage you to research the provider you are planning to visit and familiarize yourself with her reputation. That is a fairly sure way to know what to expect.

It is worth it. Not an extravagant hotel but a nice, clean, mid-range hotel with a lobby.
I agree that you can read a provider's reviews and judge by the tone and content if she's making each encounter "special" and "GFE". I doubt that it's possible to be fresh and cheerful while working an "assembly line".

Depending on where you are, it's very possible that she got a break on the price by booking for a week, or through a website like Priceline.com, or she gets a AAA discount, or many other possibilities. I've also seen ladies who were staying at perfectly respectable hotels that aren't targeting the really high-end travelers; some of the midrange business-oriented hotels can be very affordable. A quick check of hotels.com for the hotels near the Baltimore-Washington airport (my home turf) shows several in the $100-140 range, and that's without doing any real digging. You'll pay more for a downtown hotel, or if you want a really plush location, but with some effort, hotels don't have to be such a backbreaking expense.
I'm not judging other providers who see more clients in a day--more power to them!--but personally, I see one client a day--when I have availability that day, which is not super-often. If it must be in a hotel room, I will happily shell out the cash. But this is because I have the BEST clients in the world, I don't know how I got so lucky. You're right, my profit margin (is that the right term?) is not very good--in fact, I'm seriously thinking about applying for 501=C status 
But for me, it is worth it Or sometimes he will pay, and that works, too. The hardest part about hotel arrangements is in order for me to guarantee that I will have the room, I have to make an online reservation (I think they are leery about giving a room to a single woman who just walks in b/c I never get one that way and it is sooo embarrassing) and then if my client cancels, I'm stuck with a hotel room. Talking to some escorts, I get the impression that 1-3 client per day is normal. I don't think most girls want to do much more than that. 3 clients a day is about $750. Even the rare escorts that get 9-10 ratings only do a few guys a day. Now the Asian escorts who charge $150- $170 per hour probably get more. I imagine they need to do more, so I kinda feel sorry for them.
during the week they are less than $100 Fri Sat they are outrageous. Even so 2 dates covers the cost and leaves plenty left over for life.
I'm not sure what everyone asks for donations, I ask $250 for an hour. So 2 guys even on the weekend is still good.
I really like outcall for 12 hours on the weekends tho- $1000 and he's already got the room. We have a lot of fun and he's got me all to himself and no one is looking at the clock.
