They mean dress size. Sizes 8 and below are considered slender (except for very petite women).

In case you are not, size -
dress, jeans, etc.
Four is skinny, 8 is a bit thicker though not at all heavy.

I am used to agecny that speak hobbiest language so when I saw this I thought it might be something I do not know. I was told it's shoes size!!!
Anyway I think they are silly 'cause most companions I have seen speak french besides ladies can manage french...

I have seen ads that include shoe size, but I don't know of any 5'7" women who wear size 4 shoes. Maybe in ancient China

They are referring to what language the lady actually speaks.  With a lot of providers coming from eastern European countries and South American countries, it's kind of relevant.  Believe it or not, there are people actually living in the US that don't speak English.

How can you not know that this is dress size?   Has he had any dealings w/ women?  Did he have a mother?
Did he ever buy anything for here?  This must be a joke!!  No one is that dumb.
