I was wondering, is there a once a week limit per city, once a week per board, or just once a week anywhere?

The limit is once a week per city provided you have travel plans for that city.

For instance, if Sexy Sally is going to be in Boston on Monday and NYC on Friday, she can post on both boards the same week.
