Hi Savannah, you posted on a 10 year old thread from the TER Instruction Manual about your ad being declined. The Instructional Manual is at the top of this page so people can easily find it and read it to get rules and guidelines for using TER. It is made up of really old threads. It’s not meant for people to reply to those threads, and I wish TER would block replies on those threads.  

Next time if you have a question on something you read in the Instruction manual, I humbly request that you just start a new thread on the newbie board, with your question. It is a lot more likely to get an answer.  

In this case, however, with your type of question, you actually should have used TER feedback. Using the “contact us” button, will send a message directly to TER and they will answer you.  
Posting on a message on a message board will rarely if ever get you an answer from admin, though it might get replies from members.

I notice that you did post an ad on the Boston board, about 20 minutes before you posted your question about your ads being denied. The ad is still up, so I am wondering what happened to prompt your question. Maybe you could give us more detail, and we might be able to help figure out what happened.  

As I mentioned earlier, if you use “contact us” feedback you can get a direct answer from admin, but it’s still nice to to let us know what happened so we on the newbie board can help others with similar questions.
