Just paste or type the link into the box labeled "Link URL" which is located under the Message box on the "Write Message" or "Reply to Message" screens.

If you're asking, "How do I link to another message on TER?" you must first find the unique URL for the message. From the message list page, right click (click the right mouse button) on the message. Choose "Open link in new window" from the menu that displays. You can then copy the message's unique URL from the address box in the new window that opens up.

If you're trying to link to a provider's ad in an escort mall, you would do essentially the same thing. Right click on her picture and choose "Open link in new window" from the menu that displays.
