I know providers like to see ID.  What about using a  passport?  It's got my name and photo, but doesn't have other identifying information like an address or easy to find ID #.  Any idea whether a provider would take this?

Ask the provider.

Um.  Most of us ladies do not have photographic memories lol!  You can easily place your thumb over your address when showing your ID if you are concerned about it...

All they are doing is looking to make sure that the name you gave them matches the one on your ID. They already have a phone number, which is all they need to track you down or black list you if you do anything wrong.
