Look for a provider who reviewers think it GFE. Stay away from providers who offer quickies (1/2 hour sessions). Typically those ladies are more "business" like.

What you are looking for is more like a "date". I suggest finding someone you like, and stick with her.

At the begining of the session, tell the lady what you want: You want to be taught how to make love to a woman. This will make the lady approach the date a little differently.

With a typical session, you can expect the lady to take more of a lead. See the post below about "does every session start with a BJ". When you are making out with a civie, you will probably be the one leading. As such, a "normal" session with a provider will give you a distorted view of what it is like with the average civie.

Once you find a lady you like, have her teach you how to please a woman. Once you have that down, have her teach you how to lead. This will take multiple dates.

Once you have it down, throw it all out the window, and remember that each lady, and each relationship, is different.
