Before you get flamed by many who are less sympathetic than myself, let me give you some help.

As far as choosing a provider is concerned, you need to determine what your needs are then choose a provider based upon your assessment. This board is for newbies to ask questions, and
it is one of the few places where asking
seemingly "dumb" questions is actually

You posts are making the board into the
equivalent of a hostile environment.
Sure, people throw out a joke or two now and
then. But you consistently harrass this board
and the newbies that post on it.
You see you had to make it personal by calling it "stupid" humor. I could have respected your opinion more if you hadn't tried to make it personal.
As I had previously said I didn't post on this thread till the guy had been told many times the correct steps to take. The first poster states that he'll be kind and helpful before someone comes along and flames him. What I did wasn't insulting or demeaning towards the poster at all it was a play on terms....one that I honestly hoped the "non-newbie" community would have had a chuckle at.
You also state I "consistently harras this board" Mr. Info on this page there are 20-25 threads per page (I know you know the exact amount) in which I have three posts, one of which directly addressed to Michael the moderator. My other post similar to this one has nothing to do about the poster, however is poking fun at myself during a fictitious (PSE) experience.
If you read my posts I think you will see a recurring theme of attempted humor with no malace...there is nobody that I directly "flame" besides a friend of mine on the NY board. Other wise I try to make it innocent fun. If this original poster were to publicly or privately (which he could do since he's not using an alias Frankie) notify me that I had said or did something that he took offense to I would immediately and publicly apologize as I have in the past on other boards. I shall not here as it is you and not the poster who has taken exception to my posts which in no way involved you. Please explain to me how either of my two posts here contribute to a "hostile enviroment".
Finally one last thing for you Mr. Info and all the newbies that may read this. There is something at TER known as an alias. This affords a poster to create an "alias" and not post under their actual TER handle. Many providers use them so they may converse in anonymity and not run the risk of saying something that could cost them future business in case one of us guys don't like what they said. They are also used by guys sometimes when they want to post something that they are too chicken or affraid to say themselves. An alias affords people to hide in the shadows and not have to be held directly responsible for their actions or words. A way to live in the shadows of the world watching it as it goes by and being able to partially participate with the complete assurance nobody will actually know who you are.
I have posted a few times where I would be publicly on certain dates and times offering an open invitation for people to come and meet me for a drink (NY area). I don't hide from what I say or who I say it to. So why don't you come out of the shadows Mr. Info and say what you....whoever you are really feel and mean. Isn't it a partially empty existance knowing you add so much information to these boards.....and you are not really Mr. Info but someone else? I welcome you and any newbie to come out and share experiences good or bad. My father taught me no man who leads a respectful life has to hide in the shadows affraid of the world. Come out Mr. Info the weather is great...and you're in NY area aren't you? I took the "stupid" comment to heart....but at least you know who I am. And if need ever be, where I am. I don't hide.

You know honestly now you are starting to try my patience. I told you I took the stupid comment to heart of your original post.....now in this one you refer to me as a "scoundrel"? Not to mention your comment on NY regarding "assplay".
Everyone is welcome to their opinion and these are open public boards to discuss your opinions. But if you ask me you are using them to espouse your personal vendetta's against people. (especially me, what the hell did I ever do to you?) We (you and I) have spoken back channel and have posted in same threads on various occassions. Well Mr. Info I have taken our discussion to the NY board. I think we've disturbed enough Newbies. I heard in the last two days 237 newbies quit the hobby just because of our posts.
Sorry to all I have offended. Im new to forums as well and i guess i should've have read the rules first. Again I apologize to anyone who may have gotten offended through any of my ignorant questions. As to my location I reside in southern california and have contacted a provider in this region with a lot of reviews. Im not sure if i can name names here so i wont put it in.
