Check reviews...Check reviews....check reviews. Send a e-mail to one of her posters/reviewers. Just do not do the stuff in the street. That is where "most" LE activity is. Do not pull over to pick up women on the street. Pay for a VIP membership read, write, gather information and pick one that makes you say WOW. Make a date and go have fun.

As a new guy, I'm concerned about LE and am seeking advice to ensure that I don't select a provider who is actually LE seeking to make arrests.  Obvious answer seems to check for multiple refs here.  Is it true that if you ask someone if they are affiliated with LE, that they must answer truthfully if they are, otherwise it would be considered entrapment?  Thank you in advance for your input.

LE can lie.  Undercover cops do it all the time.  The 'cops must answer truthfully' myth was probably started by LE to make their lives easier.

Btw, entrapment: Really hard to actually do.  If LE provides you the opportunity to commit a crime, then it's not entrapment.  Putting an attractive undercover officer on display is just providing the opportunity.  You had the option to say 'no'.

Entrapment is more like a cop holds you at gunpoint and demands you rob a 7-11, then arrests you for robbery.

but your example is one of coercion, not entrapment.

Here is an example of entrapment.  You are away on business staying at a nice hotel.  A beautiful woman approaches you in the bar.  After an hour of conversation, and drinks on your expense account, you take a chance and invite her up to your room.  She agrees!!!  Once there things progress as you might hope, but then she says BTW, if you want sex, that will be $$$.  Being excited, and aroused, you say okay.  The cops then break down the door and arrest you for solicitation.

Entrapment is when the police entice, not force, you commit a crime that you did not intend to commit.  No judge and jury will ever accept that you were trapped if you contact an escort or massage parlor, make an appointment, show up at the appointed time, and only at the point of the money transfer, you ask “BTW, are you a cop?”  By this time, you have clearly shown your desire to break the law.

...but the point was to remind people that 'entrapment' is not what many people think it is.

Yes, indeed, vice cops lie on the stand all the time and now they have more of an incentive to do so than ever before, because in many cities (Los Angeles being one of them), if you get busted for attempting to pick up a hooker on the street, the cops will seize the car you were driving, using the rational that you were using this item in the commission of a crime. It is then sold, with the proceeds going to the city in which the "crime" was committed. Even if you beat the rap, and the judge determines that your car should be returned to you, the impound fees (which also go to the city) will break your back. This is one of the many reasons why the Internet, and TER in particular, is a godsend because it greatly reduces the risk of arrest.

This is what LE counts on. Win, lose or draw they still sent you through their misdemeanor meat grinder in hopes of scaring the beegeebers out of you.

As a Newb; stick with providers with a review history. Don't freak at being screened, and be suspicious for many reasons if you are not.

I agree. the better you review the site and the information on here the safer you will be.  the only thing I have trouble with is getting in contact with  a previous visitor of a girl which sometimes makes me wonder as well.

The providers I deal with never mention sex acts or money. I would be suspicious if they want anything verbalized. Walking into a motel room and placing money on the table is not a crime. If at that point they started asking exactly what you want, I'd watch what you say. Multiple reviews over a period of time on TER are a safe bet.

I understand your concerns.   I had the same concerns starting out too.  And believe me all the providers have that same concern, thats why refs are so important.  My advice to you is to start out with some well reviewed providers that have been around for a while.  If you have no refs be willing to give her your personal info, like job, real name and job number, DL#, etc to check you out so she can book an appt w/you.   Find out everything about her what she likes and dislikes and honer her request at the session.  Hopefully everything goes well and you have your first ref.   And so on and so on.    As you get more comfortable with the hobby, you know what to say and not to say and pick up signs if your in a new invironment.  Good Luck
