All hobbies have risks. I cannot think of a risk free hobby. This one comes with inherent risks that thought and common sense will allow you to manage. High end ladies care about their health and are unlikely to take risks that could damage it. Follow common sense behaviours like bathing before and after the session and using a good mouthwash afterwards.
I don't see why it would be taboo, every one of us have thought about it. Condoms work very well, I'm sure statistically not 100%, but they work. HIV is very difficult to get with oral sex of either kind. The other stuff won't kill you but will get you in dutch with the wife.
